RealFin Capital was founded to bring institutional-grade underwriting and servicing to the private real estate credit market. Our leadership spans decades of experience in national mortgage origination, commercial real estate finance, and alternative asset management.

Our Story

A track record built over three decades

Our founders co-founded and led one of the country’s largest independent mortgage lenders, growing it into a top-30 national platform operating across 48 states. That experience in scaling origination, risk, and servicing infrastructure is the foundation on which RealFin Capital was built.

Today, we apply that discipline to an alternative credit strategy: originating and servicing first-lien loans on residential lot developments and commercial real estate. Every loan we originate, we underwrite, service, and manage in-house — from origination through payoff.

We invest alongside our investors. The fund was seeded with significant capital from our principals that still resides in RealFin Fund I today — alignment that drives every credit decision we make.
